Hello there! I’m Jeff.

As Client Services Manager, I make it my mission to ensure every client experience is not only seamless, but also personal and handled with care. With over 25 years in the financial services industry, I’ve handled just about every scenario—from onboarding multi-generational families to navigating complex account transactions. Over time, I’ve learned that thoughtful communication and attention to detail can make all the difference.

It’s an honor to support our clients and their families through every stage of life, and I’m grateful to play a part in helping them feel confident and cared for along the way. I strive to be a steady, reliable presence — someone clients can trust to follow through and genuinely listen. Great service isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about building relationships through consistency and care.

Personally, I love living in San Diego with my wife and our two boys. Whether we’re enjoying time outdoors or just soaking in the everyday moments, I’m grateful for the balance of family life and meaningful work that this role allows me to have.
