Hi, there! I’m Jake.

I believe financial planning is deeply rewarding because it allows me to help people faithfully steward the resources God has entrusted to them with wisdom, confidence, and purpose.

I work with our advisory team to develop financial plans that support individuals and families as they pursue their retirement and financial goals. I especially enjoy being a part of a team that help bring clarity to complex financial concepts and helping clients understand the “why” behind the strategies designed to support their future.

I graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Financial Planning, along with a minor in Biblical Studies. During my time at Biola, I also competed on the university’s soccer team for four years, and I’m currently pursuing my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

I chose One Degree because of its commitment to serving clients with excellence. The firm’s dedication to comprehensive planning, integrity, and genuine care for the people we serve aligns closely with my own values and my passion for helping others.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find me surfing, playing bass guitar, or spending time with my wife. Above all, my faith is the foundation of everything I do, and I strive to honor the Lord through my work and relationships.
