Hi, there! I’m Nolita T. Ramirez.

I believe in speaking with a smile whether it is in person or on the phone.

As the Client Coordinator at One Degree, I’m often the first point of contact for new and existing clients. I help schedule appointments, support the advisor team, and make sure every interaction starts with warmth, clarity, and care. I believe in managing time well and approaching every request with grace and patience.

Before joining One Degree over five years ago, I worked in mortgage processing and underwriting, where I developed a strong sense of organization and learned the importance of meeting deadlines. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Diego State University.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me hiking, roller skating, or playing mahjong. I love celebrating milestones and spending time with my three grown children.

As a widow and single mom of over 18 years, I have a special heart for those navigating life after loss. Helping people brings me joy – and I’m grateful to be part of a team that values service, purpose, and compassion.
